Meet Kathy Behringer
During the past four years, thanks to the citizen-supported 2013 bond referendum, Garner has seen the building/opening of a new Town Hall, new Police Station and at long last, the new Garner Recreational Center. We are weathering "together" the covid-19 crisis and we are growing, both residentially and commercially at a phenomenal rate.
